There is 50% discount for children under 12 years, and accommodation is free of charge for chidren under 3 years.

The amounts include 18% VAT.

It is mandatory to pay tax on tourism, which will be charged separately pursuant to decree No. 20/2015 (X. 16.) of the General Assembly of Miskolc, City with County Rights.

As of 1 January, 2012, the current rate of the tax on tourism is 450 HUF/day/person.

No pets are allowed in the rooms and buildings of the srudent hostels.

In case of group bookings and events, we can provide individual price quotations.

In the order, the following data should be given in every case:

date of booking and for how many days you would like to book the room,
name, address and telephone number/email address of customer,
names and addresses of the quests to arrive,
in case of applying for a discount, the age of guests and
whether the guests possess valid student cards or not, and
* what kind of room (with how many beds) and in which building you wish to book.

* booking will be confirmed depending on level of occupation

Customer will be notified of the terms of occupying accommodation in email or by phone.

Manner of payment: upon arrival, at the reception desk against a cash invoice.

Holiday vouchers are not accepted.

You may check in from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival and should check out by 9 a.m. on the day of leave.

If you cancel the booking, please, indicate it at least 24 hours in advance.

Booking may be cancelled in the following ways:

In office hours personally, by phone, fax, email or online with the contact person.
Beyond office hours, personally or by phone at the reception desk of the building indicated in confirmation.
